We accept payment via Credit Card during check out or if you are collecting the product then you can pay by cash on pickup.
There are no additional charges, other than the item charge or shipping if you do not qualify for free shipping.
Postage & Packing
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Process of the orders with the manufacturer takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Items where you pay for delivery are delivered via ParcelForce 48hr Signed For & will be dispatched within 2 -4 days of payment being received.
- Items with free delivery are normally sent from China, International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.
Customs and Duty :
- All import fees if sought are to be paid by the buyer.
Returns and refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Defective products must be notified within 2 days and sent back to us within 2 days after notification. Returns must have all original packaging and accessories. If Item found not to be defective, shipping fee (excluding handling fees) will be charged for reshipment of the item. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
If you have received goods and have simply changed your mind about purchasing them, you may return the goods to us for full credit, subject to the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- You inform us of your desire to cancel within 2 days of receipt of the product(s).
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Goods to be returned within 2 days of notification in order.
- Goods are returned in a re-saleable condition and in their original undamaged packaging.
- If goods do not meet the above criteria we will return them to the customer and also charge the customers payment method for the value of the carriage.

- If you are shipping an item over £75, you should usea trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable):
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):

All photographs are taken to ensure colours are as close as possible to the items, unfortunately colour reproduction varies with different monitors and their settings, and the colours may show differently on your monitor. Please refer to the listing and e-mail us for more information if needed, we will be happy to advise in any way we can.
